Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to examine directivity of Long-Term Care Insurance for the Elderly of Korea and suggest specific policies through arranging and analyzing policies of the past 12 years related with Long-term Care Insurance System of Japan that was instituted in 2000` through social insurance type that is same with that of Korea. For this, it conducted data collecting and analysis based on data of Japan`s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, literatures and studies related with Long-term Care Insurance of Japan. The primary analysis focused on service and human management of Long-term Care Insurance System, and it classified policies from 2000` to 2011`by periods and contents, and then analyzed and studied instituting background, current status and subjects of each policy.
